Returns Policy

Once the order has been accepted, confirmed and paid for online, we do not accept any cancellations.

Returns will be accepted only if there are manufacturing defects or damages.

Exchange/Refunds will only be provided for manufacturing defects or damages. The sold goods should be returned within 3 calendar days of purchase/delivery in the original packing, with a copy of our Receipt, for the Exchange/Refund to be applicable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges will NOT be done for the following reasons:

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received (within 7 days) and inspected, we will decide on the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund.
If approved, then your exchange/refund will be processed, and a new similar product will be dispatched to you ( free of cost) between 3 to 4 working days.
If however, you want a Cash refund , the refund money will be transferred to you in 4 to 5 working days.
